Originally built in 1910 as a warehouse for the Butler Brothers, this building is now a luxury landmark in the heart of the city. You are perfectly positioned to explore the best of Downtown. Landmark: We are right next to the iconic Dallas City Hall (the upside-down pyramid building) and a short walk from the Dallas Farmers Market. Deep Ellum: The nightlife capital. BBQ (Terry Black’s or Pecan Lodge), live music, and dive bars. Bishop Arts District: A charming neighborhood with boutique shops and great dining (try Paradiso or Lockhart Smokehouse). The Giant Eyeball: A 30-foot tall realistic eyeball sculpture. It's odd, it's iconic, and it's a 10-minute walk away (1601 Main St). Pioneer Plaza: A massive bronze sculpture of a cattle drive featuring 49 longhorn steers. It’s located right near the convention center, very close to the building. Reunion Tower (The Ball): The glowing ball in the skyline. You can go up to the GeO-Deck for 360-degree views of the city.

✦There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. ✦We may be able offer an early check-in for a $50 fee if the cleaning is finished ahead of schedule. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee this as it depends on how quickly the previous guests check out and how the cleaning goes. ✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ✦ Please note there is a $50 fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets. ✦We have an exterior Ring camera facing the front of the apartment. ✦ We welcome new travelers! If you’re new to the platform and don't have reviews yet, we may require a $200 security deposit prior to your arrival. Don't worry—this is fully refundable at the end of your stay, assuming the property is left in its original condition. Once the deposit is processed, we’ll send over your check-in details. ✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. ✦Our home features the beautiful original concrete and exposed piping of the historic Butler Brothers Building. Because of these hard surfaces and our central location near the Convention Center, the "sounds of the city" (traffic and hallways) can carry. We love the energy of being downtown, but please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

Walk: Downtown is very walkable. You can walk to the Farmers Market, Neiman Marcus, and the AT&T District easily. DART Rail: The closest station is Akard Station (approx. 12 min walk). This light rail can take you to the Zoo, Mockingbird Station, or further north. Streetcar: Head to Union Station (approx. 15 min walk) to catch the free Dallas Streetcar that takes you directly into the Bishop Arts District. Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are very active here. Pickup is usually easiest on the Ervay St side of the building.
